WARRANTY REGISTRATION

This form must be filled out completely and a copy of the original bill of sale must accompany the paper form. You can return all documents in the bag attached to your unit. We also recommend that you either fax a copy or fill-in the online version just in case the paperwork gets lost while shipping your core back to us.

Buyer MUST submit attached Warranty Registration Form to CORE return within 20 days of purchase or warranty will be VOID. If Warranty Registration is done online, Buyer must return CORE within 30 days of purchase or warranty will VOID. Buyer also acknowledges that regular scheduled maintenance must be performed on the purchased unit. NAPC reserves the right to request maintenance records on the purchased unit to validate warranty.

PLEASE BE SURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED WITH EACH UNIT. All attached tags explains the warranty policy as well as what oil is to be used in each unit. To get your copy of the oil specification sheet, please visit our download page. If any one of the policies is not followed, warranty may be VOID. For a complete overview of our warranty policies please refer to the back side of your original invoice. All units returned for core charge credit must be fully assembled, not run out of oil and case/housing must be reusable.
